Capestone has a long rich heritage located in the heart of Pembrokeshire, West Wales. The Scale Family have farmed the land since 1826 and generations later it is now run by Justin Scale.
Poultry production at Capestone was first established in 1920 when father and son Benjamin and Jack Scale produced their first bronze Christmas turkeys. Capestone Christmas turkeys soon became recognised nationally as an annual favourite.
Almost a century later, with generations of working knowledge being passed down, a lifetime of commitment and continuous investment – Capestone is now one of the leading organic poultry producers in the country.
With Justin Scale’s ambition, drive, determination and entrepreneurial spirit Capestone has evolved into nothing less than a thriving Welsh gem.
